DANIEL BAWDEN your property expert

Why choose me to sell your Cornish home?

Selling your home is usually the beginning of a very exciting adventure, with ups and downs being par for the course, we are here to help make the process easy and streamlined!

For both first time sellers and those who have sold before, when I come out to your property as part of a market appraisal, I will also set out the current basic framework for selling.

With our brand new software we can provide sellers with exclusive portal access to their property, to view their online marketing performance.

Along with standard residential sales, we also have contacts with auction houses too should your property benefit from this we can go into more detail when we see each other.

How I am helping others to sell their homes

Selling your home can sometimes feel a little daunting but with the right guidance and preparation we can make it easier.

How do we make your property stand out?

Cornwall is rich in beauty and nature with each area and village having their own feeling and community.

Sharing this knowledge with our buyers helps to build the story of your home and why it’s so great.

About the areas we cover:

Truro: is the cathedral city right in the heart of Cornwall with great access across the Duchy to your favourite beaches on either the surf rich North or tranquil South Coast. On top of being a huge centre for business in Cornwall, there are some lovely restaurants definitely worth checking out if you haven’t been.

Falmouth: is a beautiful and historic port town of Cornwall with amazing links to historical world events and home to tasty food and luscious beaches! Featured on the south coast with plenty of beach saunas nearby, you’re sure to be relaxed and well fed!

History: Pendennis Castle was built in 1542, commissioned by Henry VIII in order to initially defend against the French, however it continued to prove very strategically useful and 100 years later was sieged during the English Civil war. It’s open to the public and fun to look around with great views of the River Fal.

West Cornwall: Further across West Cornwall are so many gorgeous places: Penzance, St. Ives, Hayle being but a few and including all surrounding areas.
